Unique Text Symbols
Many websites feature listings of “unique” characters, bullet points, or unicode such-and-such that one can copy and paste for general usage. Most of these sites are plastered with advertisements and quite difficult to navigate. I’ve started a small repository here of my favorite such characters, and perhaps you’d like to use them, too?
Not included are those that (as far as I’m aware) are a discrete phonetic part of an existing alphabet. It may seem “kawaii” to use Cyrillic or Greek characters that look similar in place of English, but it really just looks silly to those who know those languages. Instead, here, I focus on bits and bobs that could be used for bullets or decoration.
Emojis are also not included; those are quite obvious and easy to find in almost any context.
